I spent a brief hour or so at the Cleveland waterfront on the way from friends' house south of Cleveland to Buffalo.  I must say I was quite impressed with what Cleveland has done with the waterfront.  It's very nice ... I'd love to go back and spend more time!!  :-)  I then drove along the shoreline of Lake Erie (instead of doing I-90, which would have been the efficient route).  It was a lovely day!!

The triangular shaped building behind the ship is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  It's definitely something that I must return to see!!
The next few pictures are from Presque Island State Park just outside of Erie, PA.  There were lots of beautiful sand beaches all the way around the island, and on this weekday afternoon, there were very few people out and about ... it was a nice, quiet, peaceful lunch on the beach.
	(Yes, this really IS Lake Erie!!)
