July 27 - The Blue Angels at NAS, Lemoore, CA

I spent several days visiting friends who live in quarters at the Naval Air Station at Lemoore, California.  One of the days that I was there, we went to see the Blue Angels' "dress rehearsal" for the air show that was to take place there over the following two days.  It was a wonderful show, but the temperatures sitting out on the tarmac must have been at least 105 degrees.  About the time that I was ready to leave, one of the planes had a problem, so I don't think that they flew any more that day.  The maneuvers that I was fortunate enough to see were wonderful, though.  You must see them some day.

I can't tell you much about the pictures.  You'll just have to decide what you're looking at for yourself.  :-)  All I know is that they were awesome!!
