Okay ... so I didn't enjoy the trip from Colorado Springs through Kansas and (FINALLY) into Missouri.  One of the stops I had been looking forward to was along route 50 in Kansas ... Dodge City.  I figured that when I left I could say that I "got outta Dodge".  :-D  Well, it wasn't even worth the trip out of my way, and after Dodge City, I high-tailed it to the nearest interstate to move more quickly through Kansas City and toward St. Louis.
 

(It wasn't even really worth this picture that I took.)  If you look to the right of the road, that thing in the distance is a sign that says "Dodge City" and has a cut out of several cowboys above it (the brown things).
