Blog Slacker?
Okay - no, I haven't updated for too long. But, in my own defense, I have been super busy. I was in Elmira & then Niagara Falls, as you've read in my previous two posts. Then I spent my Spring Break in Colorado, visiting friends who live just north of Colorado Springs in a town called Monument. Their front window overlooks Pikes Peak (snow-covered, seen here) ... I hiked throughout the Garden of the Gods (from where I took this photo) ... and spent a couple of days driving around the mountains west of the I-25 corridor. I had lots of fun, relaxed, saw gorgeous sights, took lots and lots of pictures, and finished reading two books (Into Thin Air and The Mermaid Chair). I arrived home to my condo torn apart ... having lots and lots of renovations done, my contractor started the work while I was gone, and is still working. It's a fun project, and when I finally get my house back in order, it will look GREAT!!
But, in the meantime, I will work on the stuff that I've been ignoring for the past month or so, including updating my blog on a much more regular basis. Look for more regular updates...
